A double-height atrium opens to the pool, its glass walls dissolving the boundary between inside and out. Sunlight ripples across water and stone, filling the interiors with shifting patterns of reflection. The house feels alive — a stage where light performs throughout the day.

On the façade, jaali-inspired screens reinterpret traditional Indian motifs in a contemporary language. Their perforated geometry lends privacy while casting soft shadows within — an echo of old-world craft translated into urban form.

Inside, carved timber swings, jewel-toned walls, and hand-finished details are balanced by clean planes and restrained volumes. Every room is layered with texture and memory, from the intimate bar alcove to the soaring living spaces.
